Office Interiors UK, the Woking based complete office fit out and refurbishment specialists, were engaged to provide a new, bright, modern and functional office space for Small Luxury Hotels of the World.

SLH along with Office Interiors UK selected a 1st floor office at the prestigious 7 Howick Place, Westminster in the heart of London.

 

Office Interiors UK created a full design proposal detailing all internal office configurations from meeting rooms, director’s offices, and breakout spaces. The office design created an uplift in the look and feel from their previous offices to better reflect the boutique, exclusive and independently minded travellers that use their services.

 

Office Interiors prepared all required documentation to enable the client to obtain approvals and consent at all levels from the landlord to local authority and building control. we then interviewed and selected a list of suitable specialist contractors to carry out the works with the high standards required in mind to achieve the design goal.

 

Office Interiors handled all the technical aspects of the fit out from electrical and air conditioning installations to network infrastructure and lighting.

 

We also provided a full commercial furniture design and specification to compliment the décor to complete the high quality, modern look and feel.

 

From there Office Interiors managed the complete fit out process, maintaining the highest health and safety standards and ensuring the works were carried out to the exacting standards of the design brief.

 

The end result has given a practical and unique look to Howick Place which perfectly compliments the style of the building, the exclusive London setting and the ethos of Small Luxury Hotels that perfectly reflect their company values.

 

The project was completed within the budget requirement and within the specified programme timeline enabling SLH to plan their relocation without interruption to the business activities.
