Office Interiors UK, the Woking based complete office fit out and refurbishment specialists, were contacted by Unatrac based in Slough to complete the fitout of their new office space.

Unatrac were looking for a company that could fulfil their project from start to finish. They wanted to partner with a company that could offer a full Design and Build solution and manage the process from start to finish.

Working closely with key stake holders in the project we created a full design proposal detailing all including design concepts based on the clients brief ensuring all requirements were met. We also produced a fully detailed costing document which clearly showed all aspects of the project.

Office Interiors prepared all required documentation to enable the client to obtain approvals and consent at all levels from the landlord to local authority and building control. Working as main contractor we handpicked a team of specialist trades people to carry out the works capable of the high standards required to achieve the workplace desired.

This was a full fit out project covering all aspects including mechanical and electrical installation, partitioning, ceilings, decoration, flooring and tea points.

We also provided a full commercial furniture package compliment the décor to complete the high quality, modern look and feel.

From there Office Interiors managed the complete fit out process, maintaining the highest health and safety standards and ensuring the works were carried out to the exacting standards of the design brief.

The end result was a workplace that ensured Unatrac could maintain high levels of productivity along with having a space that is welcoming to clients as well as promoting their brand and culture.

The project was completed within the budget requirement and within the specified programme timeline enabling Unatrac to plan their office move and maintain business continuity.
